I’m back. Sorry, it has been ages since my last post. Currently I have a solo show at Bainbridge Arts and Crafts, Bainbridge IS.- 40 works there. Today, I am posting a new work just finished this week, Transformation: 18″ x 24″monotype.

    About leighknowlesfineart Wait, I can’t find my glasses . . . OK, now I can talk. Notes on Leigh: Born in Boston-1959 to Architect Ralph L Knowles, a pioneer in Solar Architecture, and Mary E.R. Knowles, Ceramist, Poet and many other things. Rumor has it Leigh has been Art-ing since birth. BFA 1981 Univ. Southern California MFA 1991 Arizona State University, Printmaking Over 80 solo, group and juried shows. Leigh works each day in her studio in Poulsbo WA. Ink, graphite, paint, other messy stuff. Her recent love affairs are Monotype and Linocut. Teaching career: 25 years, ages 6 – 96. Places include Bradley University (Peoria), Arizona State University, West Sound Academy (Poulsbo), a radio station in Taiwan and other places – including Knowles Studio.

    INTERESTING TO KNOW THAT DAD HAD AN IMMACULATE CONCEPTION.
